Nanny's Diaper Salve - with Cocoa Butter is the same as Nanny's Diaper Salve with an extra skin protection of Cocoa Butter.  It also was created especially for the baby's in my life,  and is the culmination of organic skin protection ingredients powerful in healing properties and yet gentle enough for the tenderness of baby's skin. (Two sizes available, 1.5 oz~for purse or diaper bag, and 4oz for beside diapering area at home.)
